This is Sienna, the mischievous falcon.
An Atavaian, from the MUD Achaea. I had this lying around as lineart forever, and even when I coloured it I couldn't upload it. Why? Because of Lancea, that's why. I wanted it shaded so I got some help from my amazing girlfriend and voila. Shaded just for you, Lanc, just for you. Admittedly, I didn't highlight it. After all I don't want to keep you from doing your thing. Also, I know the wing anatomy isn't perfect. In fact, there's an extra joint in there, but you can't just slap avian wings on a human body, and I detest angel wings. They still look pretty decent for being drawn with no reference, at least to me! "Song seamstress Sienna Yuridja, the Mischievous falcon". That's what happens when characters can have custom titles and suffixes. Admittedly, I rarely ever use the title or the surname, so for all points and purposes, this girl is named like I put it at the top. She's a sylvan elementalist and concoctionist, wonderful wordsmith and probably bisexual. Or like one of her friends put it; "You're a wingaling dyke." Scar beneath her left eye. Wow, what a text-boom. |

I love the wings!! I absolutely love them! -feeds cookies- I draw very... err simplistic wings... XD I like them but I love the detailed ones.
But I DO have a gripe with the wings' anatomy, as they are such a major part of the picture. This is just a mad biologist rambling, because the wings look good as they are, but they aren't "anatomically correct" birdwings.
Feel free to provide me with a sketch of how the wing anatomy SHOULD be. It could be very useful if I ever draw another Atavian!
Also, thank you, I meant for the shading to be kinda sloppy, and I had a lot of help from my girlfriend because I can't really shade for shit. The end result is definately passable for me.

Yes, I sketched this up and put on base colours months ago, but I didn't get around to finishing it. I've only recently gotten a hold of my will to draw again, so expect some stuff from my current comic project to end up in the scraps section!
But yeah, I have been very busy with my midterms. Good to hear from you though!
