I thought of adding a texture to it, it takes away my amateurish
way of handling black. Of course you're free to do whatever you want with her! She's your character and I drew her on your terms! ^^
I'm very glad you like it! I liked the intensity as well, in most of your images of Aaron she has a more bored, cool look. Which I think suits her great, but I wanted to see what else those eyes of her could bring to bear against the poor photographer! Haha,and don't be sorry for...squee...ing. It's healthy!

No, I love the black and white of it. I wish I could do images that way but somehow I can't get the balance right and it ends up looking like poo.

You're right, usually Aaron is quite cool/calm on the outside. At times she almost looks quite bored of things but she becomes more... I guess open? Not sure what to call it. But I think you got it down. She has very intese looks as well as very gentle expressions. I will try to upload more images where the expression in her eyes is different. ^^

Actually, apart from the odd angle of the eyes, I wouldn't change anything (well, breast placing perhaps, but we've already established that our opinions on it vary [and I'm not saying your is wrong and mine is right {even if it is, I'm way too modest}]).

But seriously, the lines are a bit thick maybe, but otherwise the solid black suits this pic nicely. Good anatomy, apart from the aforementioned (which is debatable, since I'm not always right [most of the time, yes, but I do sleep sometimes]) and most of all, it has character.

You and Aurora-carina (there's a "chan" in there somewhere) draw *very* similar noses. There, I said it, and I don't care who knows, and I will repeat it before a court of law if neccessary.

I like that she looks so powerful, even without the description I would've guessed she was a soldier. Bold black lines and evil eyes are win!

Well, I've always been a sworn enemy of your way to draw breasts/cannonballs (Whichever you prefer) so that particular piece of criticism I will not take to heart. Actually, I will because the breast placement isn't good, but it's not because of you! IT'S NOT!

Lines are thick, aye, but to think I made a picture and you didn't bitch about shading and colour...It's enough to last me till christmas. Oh, don't hate my girlfriend for the 'chan' she put in there all those years ago, there's a story to it. I'm not sure I would agree we draw similar noses, but of course her style of art influences me a great deal, for obvious reasons, and I might be blind to such similarities. However, you managed to pinpoint in your criticism the only two things I do not care much for in -your- art: Your breasts and your noses. It's interesting if nothing else and I hope you will forgive me if I take more lightly upon this particular piece of criticism from you than I normally do. Thank you for the kind words and the smile you always bring to my lips.

Well, she is a very fit girl. With all that muscle and that killer attitude, 'soldier' would be an educated guess. I'm glad people seem to agree on the strength of character and that I managed to convey it, it was my intention all along. The eyes are a bit off, I actually changed them but she lost a lot of 'evil' in the process so in the end I just switched back and was all the happier.

Well, to be precise (and a complete prick at the same time), there isn't any shading to bitch about in the first place. I'd actually bitch if you *had* shaded it, since 'tis nay be the medium fer it. Arr.

As for the line thickness, it's not so much an issue as a thing to get used to, at first. I merely tend to complain first and ask questions later - hence being known as the Fastest Bitch in the West, for ...wait, that didn't come out right, did it?
